The new name for bookf1.com
As a bookf1.com user, we wanted you to be the first to know our exciting news, ahead of our official announcement next week at the Autosport International Show at Birmingham’s NEC.
In 2018 we became part of the Motorsport Network; the global media and technology group that owns both Autosport and F1 Racing magazine, as well as leading online sites Motorsport.com, Motorsport.tv and a breadth of other exclusive motorsport platforms.
Now, 15 years after we first launched bookf1.com, we are celebrating a new chapter in 2019 as we evolve into Motorsport Live. As Motorsport Live, we will broaden our products and services to become a destination site for race tickets and hospitality, as well as exclusive fan stands and fan villages, alongside a full range of hotel, camping and travel options.
We are passionate about connecting and inspiring new and existing motorsport fans worldwide through our products and services tailored to your needs and budget, whilst retaining and building upon the customer service that has always been at the heart of our business.
The change will see our bookf1.com (Formula 1), bookmoto.com (MotoGP) and bookwec.com (WEC) websites join together on the new Motorsport Live website. In the near future, these sports will also be accompanied by the Isle of Man TT and the Monaco Formula E. Further race series, events and tours will follow later, so watch this space!
We are particularly excited by the launch of our first exclusive fan village and fan stand experiences. These custom-made packages, which are not available anywhere else, have been designed to create an electric atmosphere for guests over the race weekend complemented with extra goodies courtesy of the Motorsport Network.
To celebrate the launch of our Spielberg Fan Village, we are running a competition for a lucky winner and their friend to visit Austria and experience the fan village Paddock package. The prize includes cabin accommodation within The Paddock section of the Motorsport Live Fan Village, grandstand tickets for the whole race weekend, and £500 towards your travel and expenses. We are also giving away gift vouchers for a race weekend of choice for two runners up.
To be in with a chance all you need to do is sign up to the new Motorsport Live newsletter by Sunday, 13th January 2019.

FAQ?
I want to make a booking today, where should I go?
Motorsportlive.com is now available to preview. You are welcome to use the new website, but your account information will not yet be available on Motorsport Live and so we recommend using our traditional websites until Motorsport Live is fully operational.
Will I continue to receive the same level of service?
Yes! The team behind the scenes is the same bookf1.com team and you can expect the same great customer service you have always received.
I have already booked with bookf1.com. What will happen to my booking?
Your booking is completely safe and will go ahead as normal. The only difference is that you will start to see Motorsport Live branding replacing the name bookf1.com.
I have an account with bookf1.com. What will happen with my account?
Your account and all your preferences will be transferred over to the new Motorsport Live website. We will contact you in the near future when this is complete. We do request you add support@motorsportlive.com and news@motorsportlive.com to your email safe sender list to ensure no emails are missed. If you want to change your email preferences at any time please click here.
Will I keep my existing loyalty points?
Yes. All existing loyalty points will be transferred to Motorsport Live when we move over your account.
I am about to make a bank transfer for a booking that has already completed? Have your bank details changed?
Our official company name and bank details remain the same. Motorsport Live is a trading name of Bookf1.com Ltd. Please proceed to use the details you already have. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I have a bookf1.com voucher or gift certificate. Is this still valid with Motorsport Live?
Yes absolutely. You will be able to use this on both the existing and new website.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Everything will transfer automatically so no action is required by you.
What if I do not sign up to the new newsletter?
Signing up to the new newsletter early gives you the chance to win the Fan Village experience for the Austrian Formula 1 Grand Prix 2019. If you choose not to do this, your current email preferences will be migrated to Motorsport Live automatically in the coming weeks. The only difference you will see is that news updates and newsletters will be sent from Motorsport Live rather than bookf1.com.
