The Buriram International Circuit will see MotoGP™ competing in Thailand for the first time. The hot and humid conditions will create punishing conditions for the teams and riders, so while Dani Pedrosa concluded MotoGP's Thailand pre-season test with the fastest time, there's no way to predict what will happen over the Race Weekend.
The reinvigorated circuit which reopened in 2014, has been proving popular across many disciplines of Motorsport as the numerous long straights creates the opportunity for riders to push the limits of their machines. Despite it being MotoGP's first visit to Thailand, the locals are no strangers to Motorsport will be sure to create a fantastic atmosphere.
The circuit itself consists of 12 corners; 5 left turns and 7 right turns, and the longest straight is 3280.84 ft which riders approach from the exit of Turn 1 adding emphasis to the important start needed.
