BRITISH MOTOGP

I booked tickets for the MOTOGP as a gift for my son on his 21st birthday, he thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, said it was the best present he had had ever had !!! I was impressed with the communication and update I recieved in terms of when tickets would arrive,they did in plenty of time to present with the gift card to my son prior to the event, the whole service was very professional and I would definately use this company again..

went for the weekend bought for me by my partner for my 50th birthday met some friends there and had a ball.weather was,nt the best but did,nt spoil a thing those people that moan about the weather cant be fans of british motorsport cos the weather comes with it.going again next year and every year god willing cant wait bring it on vrooooooom

2010 was very great security perfect you can walk trough the chopper area don't need for bus so you can enjoy every minute but 2011 was absolutely crap!

The weekend was amazing, the camping was great and fantastic evening entertainment!! Highly recommended to camp if you didnt this year but get there early.
Facilities were great both camping and in the track, only down side would be food prices but as we camped took loads of supplies so didnt actually buy anything just noticied them.
Overall Fantastic better than a summer holiday...well for me anyway!

ROSSI WIN NEXT YEAR IS ALL WE NEED!!

The tickets were purchased as a gift and I must say you were excellent with keeping me informed as to when the tickets would arrive, when they were dispatched, etc and I thought it was a nice touch from yourselves on the email reminder the weekend before. The weekend was throughly enjoyed and ran relatively smoothly the only problem was the weather and Cal Crutchlow falling off but I don't think we can blame bookmotoGp for either of them.

Am a little frustrated with the woodlands campsite, as for the 2nd year running now I have been a victim of crime, after awaking to find our £30 flag pole snapped in half, and flags taken (£30-40 worth). The campsite security were informed, but rather than show any consideration, they shrugged their shoulders in manner which suggested this was a common occurence and that it was my fault for leaving the flag pole on display.
As a previous poster mentioned, we were camped in the 'lively' section, as we are young and enjoy music. Sadly we didn't enjoy the foul-mouthed language which was constantly regurgitated in every conversation. Something to aware of if you are going with children.
The onsite facilities in the circuit and campsite were not sufficient. By race day, it was not uncommon to queue for 10mins for toilets - and they were, at this stage, in a very dirty unsanitary condition.
Leaving the campsite was very difficult, taking about 2hrs to access the road. The issue was compounded by the marshalls not 'policing' the queues, and thus, campers were able to 'jump' the queue at numerous points throughout the site.

Access to the circuit was slow - the access from the motorway to the circuit took us over an hour - more time than it took from home to Junction 15a on the motor way. Weather ruined the main race day and there were no covered areas to view from. Our viewing was also affected due to the amount of umbrellas blocking the view. Viewing is not brilliant with general admission tickets,

It rained cats and dogs on Sunday and I and my family couldn't have any chance to look for a better place to watch the race. Unfortunately It was very cold and very unconfortable. I've planned to visit the stores to buy shirts and jackets, but it was impossible due the weather conditions.

Thoroughly enjoyed everything about the weekend although food choice could maybe have been a little better. Couldnt really fault anything.

Was a great race lots of action where I was seated will return next year hope I can get the same seat just hope for better weather thanks.

great weekend especially with the roving grandstand, where can get loads of different views of the bikes.

Excellent 3 days will be going again with out a doubt. The only complaint I have is the shower and toilet blocks could have been cleaned a bit more often, on the campsite.

What a shame about the weather, it was dreadful, just as if someone had turned the switch from late Spring to Winter, but we didn't let that damped our enthusiam. We had gone to watch great racing, and wern't dissappointed.

The only problem was the traffic, but that's enevitable when there are so many people coming and going.

We found the public shuttle bus service inadequate, - there was 2 bus routes running, one for the inner track and one for the outer track and there were places on both routes were both services were running, however, the different routes were not displayed on the buses and most of the drivers were very unhelpful when we asked them if they were going to a particular place we wanted. We actually had one driver stop and have to ask another driver where he was going!!, the buses were extremely busy, on occasions far too overcrowded and I think that was due to there not being enough of them. It was the first time me and my family had been to Silverstone and due to the size of it we used the friday as a day familiarising ourselves with it, alot of the day was spent waiting for buses. When we walked through the central part where the media and vip buses were shuttling people around there was always at least 3 buses empty just waiting.

We had a great week end and my husband was in his element!

Great weekend,despite the rain. Great value tickets. There were plenty of facilities on Saturday but these became very overcrowded on the Sunday. The toilets and facilities near the new international pit straight and club corner are not sufficient as this was one of the most popular places to be and very limited facilities for Coffee, food and especially toilets.
The infrastructure and marshalling in and out of the circuit on race day was very poor. Having been to same events in France and elsewhere in Europe we just dont get it over here!!!!

Race track maps are very poor. There should be shuttle bus lines and stops to be marked on the map as well as time schedules how they run. Walking routes should be on the map also. There is basically no public transportation available and that's why we expected that taxis will work fine. They did not because of lack of knowledge of the circuit and possible meeting points.

Obviously you have no control over the weather but it was a really disappointing & freezing cold weekend having looked forward to it for so long. Also, because of the weather it was incredibly difficult to find anywhere to sit as everyone wanted to be under cover. We left immediately the main race was over and had a swift, although extremely bumpy, ride away from Silverstone, down 5 miles of rough track, not the best start to our journey home in a Porsche. I can safely say that I can tick it off my list of things I have done but will look forward to watching the next race in the warmth & comfort of my own home

I thought the weekend was great, access to the circuit was very good and it took no time to park as the queues kept moving. We were sat in the roving grandstand opposite the pits, mainly because it was covered from the rain and close to where we came in to the circuit. The view from this grandstand was still quite good, better than I thought it would be. Sadly as the weather was so bad we didn't really see what the circuit facilities were really like as we decided to just stay in our seats and huddle for warmth!! The only complaint I have is the time it took to get out of the field we were parked in. It took an hour and a half to get to the main road. At the top of the field we were in, marshalls seemed to have a good system of letting cars out, but the marshalls at the exit where we were didn't seem to have any system at all, which resulted in everyone driving straight across the field in no orderly queue. I appreciate that the weather meant that more people drove than was expected, but exiting the circuit needs vast improvement. I would still happily come to this event again.
